Listing details, prices, shipping, payments, returns, and trouble resolution are entirely between the transaction parties. The operator bears no responsibility for the content of external EC sites or transaction outcomes.
2. Class and Event Sign-ups
The Service publishes information about plant-related classes and events, but sign-ups, payments, attendance, and management are handled directly between the host and the participant via external services (Peatix, Doorkeeper, Google Forms, etc.). The operator bears no responsibility for class content, scheduling, cancellation, or trouble.
3. Limits of AI Advice
AI chat responses are provided for reference and do not guarantee plant growth, health, pest control, or pesticide selection outcomes. For decisions involving medical, pesticide, or legal matters—and especially for high-stakes cultivation decisions (expensive or rare plants)—please consult a specialist. The operator is not responsible for damages arising from deficiencies in AI responses.
4. Individual Plant Growth
Plant growing conditions (climate, water quality, soil, living environment, etc.) vary significantly by region and individual. Information published on the Service, other users' experiences, and AI responses are merely references; they do not guarantee outcomes for specific plants or specific environments.
